Absolutely terrible

Location

Was not clean, had to move rooms due to the first being covered in cobwebs, stains and even a twisted on the floor. The first room also had an opened connecting door which was open and unlocked to another room. It then took two hours to get another room, which was obviously the time to clean it. Then the casting didnt work to the TV to watch Netflix. Then in the morning someone barged in at 9:30am wanting to refill the minibar whilst we were getting changed! Terrible experience and would never stay there again.

Bed was comfy very soft. Staff were friendly.

Parking was incredibly expensive. Shower had no water pressure when hot. Also lost temperature regularly. Some food from the restaurant was incredible expensive. E.g chicken tenders and chips for $30

Location

A Broken Beer Bottle in the Middle of the Room on arrival and no capability to vacuum the floor due to arrival on a Sunday. A silverfish had made its home between the two pillows. With a downgrade the only option offered.
