Large, well-appointed and stylish room. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very good

Santa Fe is a charming place.

Check in was easy and the door locks worked well. We got a few groceries at Trader Joes and used the small kitchen to make coffee and a few simple meals. We used the microwave and not the stove. The place was built in the 1870s. The adobe wall are thick. I like the saltillo and talavera tile. The king sized bed was comfortable, the water for the shower was plenty and hot, the toilet flushed well and it started to feel like our home away from home after a couple of days. We stayed 5 nights. There was no wine bottle opener but there is a brew pub across the street and the bar tender opened two bottles of wine for us. We went back a second time just to have a beer and sit in from of the gas fire in the pub. The lobby is very attractive. I really like the wall paper.

I realized that I was hoping for a gas fireplace. I hate wood smoke so we did not use the wood-burning fireplace. We also had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the TV to project our stuff securely from an iPad or laptop but ended up watching something we found on a local station and reading. The rooms are pretty small and my husband bumped his head on one of the doorways. We both bumped into the bed corner a couple times but it was not bad. We we in unit 19 with a kitchen. It had what we needed except for a wine bottle opener. There was no fan in the bathroom. The driveway in and out is one lane but we only encountered a car going the opposite direction one time. The parking area works but a couple of the spaces seemed a little hard to get out of when the lot was full.

Unapologetic/Irresponsible staff members, very nice owner and beautiful guesthouse overall.

The room and the decor was gorgeous. The location is great, the owner was very nice and helpful.

However, I accidentally left behind 3 items in the shower. One of which was a very expensive shampoo that can only be bought online. Upon realization of this, I contact the hotel. They tell me the cleaners threw the items out! And added a " thanks for understanding". When i responded to the hotel I was genuinely confused that they wouldn't notify me right away and have some sort of lost and found policy. After all, I was in the area for an additional week and could have come by to pick it up. No sympathy from them whatsoever in fact they claimed days had gone by which was inaccurate as I had checked out the previous morning. Also a cold draft was flowing in from the door and window so it was difficult to keep warm in the winter.

Gorgeous place to stay in a great location

I loved this place. It was a beautiful stay. The bed was super comfortable, the room was gorgeously decorated and the fire each night was amazing! I found myself coming home a little earlier each night to enjoy time with a book and the fire. I would absolutely stay here again.

The only thing I would like the hotel to add is a little more space for my bathroom things near the sink. Small but helpful detail. It definitely wouldnt stop me from booking here again. It would just make it perfect.

Very good

Historic, great location, clean with comfortable beds and great staff!

The room was a good size but could use a comfortable chair to sit in instead of only benches and metal desk chair.

No microwave for easy guest meal use. The staff were happy to heat things for me during business hours. No access to lounge/lobby area after hours.

Loved it ! Will return to this same hotel.

It was such a charming place. Very close to the plaza and galleries, we walked everywhere. Our room had a fire place which made the end of each day so cozy and relaxing.
