Very poor

Cute idea to have individual rooms and offer breakfast.

No privacy in the room. Windows are clear even in the bathroom. Room was located so you could view into the room from the street. Floor creaked. Bed was squeeky. Bathroom was dirty and needs updating. No staff to greet you, just a letter. Owner lives below the room we were staying in, so again no privacy. Bright camera lights flash you as you come and go making it feel very incriminating.

Wonderful getaway weekend! Id staycation here again.

The suite was lovely. Clean, comfortable room and bed and well appointed. It has a relaxing porch with a bench and small table. The grounds were lovely.

We couldnt turn on the electric fireplace or heater.

Clean small expensive lodgings in residential location

Clean rooms. Convenient location. Quiet. Good bathroom and decent shower. Fridge for personal items. Coffee and tea making facilities.

Room very small especially for the price. Only booking a gourmet breakfast possible for $35 pp without tax or gratuity. No snacks or other amenities for guests. The worst thing about the inn was the tone taken in guest interaction. Emails and a letter upon arrival advise: check-in 3 pm, check-out 10 am. No early check-in; no late check-out; no luggage drop off! No responsibility for damages or theft to your property, but guest is responsible for any damage to inn s items ( room filled with knick-knacks). In any case a strange and rigid tone to take with guests. Maybe they could try to be more accommodating and not act like we are a necessary annoyance.

We enjoyed our lovely room and gardens at beautiful Casa Cullinaria

We came here early evening and had a quiet beautiful walk around the neighborhood and also enjoyed relaxing in the sweet garden area outside our room. It was easy and convenient. to get to our restaurant for dinner. We saw the menu and pictures of the lovely food for breakfast and wished we could stay but my plane left too early. Ill be back!

Secret garden escape with a unique culinary experience and very close to Santa Fes plaza

Manuel make the check in process incredibly easy, and went over the rules of the house thoroughly. The house is full of historic artifacts, linens and ephemera. It was such a treat to be surrounded by so many wonderful things. The food exceptional. The presentation for breakfast was exquisite. It was truly an experience of different flavors. Chef Carolina handmade everything down to the infused water from herbs in their garden.

There is nothing bad to say whatsoever
