Very good

CPH 2 night stay

The building is very nice, the room was big and warm and I also had everything I needed in the room including weights for training. The bar is wonderful and the staff was awesome.

The hotels a bit outdated and need remodelling.

Good

The hotel and location was perfect for our trip. Tivoli is right across the road and we were able to walk to nyhavn from the hotel.

I found the staff in the breakfast area very unfriendly. Which was disappointing as the staff at reception were very pleasant.

Superb

Very good option for 3-4 nights in queen delux room

Location is perfect, we had queen delux room witch is renovated and ok. Even with balcony in front of train station, noise was not disturbant, opposite.

Not too many facilities but is perfect for 3-4 nights

Exceptional

Charming, "old-fashioned" hotel, with lots of "faded charm" (including an original elevator installed in 1913 ), right next to the Copenhagen Central Station. Clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. And last, but not least, the absolutely wonderful Library Bar (which always reminded me less of a library, and more of an old English gentleman's club).

The breakfast restaurant is a long, rather "slim" room, so it can occasionally feel crowded.

Old-style hotel in good location, but in much need of updating.

Location was good and it had a historic feel.

Room was in need of updating. Mattress was saggy, mineral deposits on the shower head and in the shower, mirror falling out of the wall, button on the shower faucet was missing. I think the room was clean, but needed some care.

It was close to some of the major locations, the sightseeing buses stop right outside the door. Breakfast was amazing.

If this had been a 3 star hotel, my expectations would have been met.

Easy check out. Beautiful hall, furniture.

Library bar was closed during my visit, which was one of my primary reasons for choosing this hotel. Room faced to yard, meaning it was really dark. Bed was way to soft. Blanket instead of duvet. Breakfast was not up to 4 stars standard. The warm food was cold, only filter coffee, no fresh juice. Staff did not fill up trays, so many types of food was unavailable. Staff lacking in language skills, PLEASE hire people whom actually are able to speak the language of the country.
