The staff were helpful and pleasant and we would stay again although the temperature of the hotel needs to be improved.

Ideal location, lovely Christmas entrance with a nice dining area.

Not as expected, over priced

Great location for our visit

Room with no windows, bathroom was freezing, dirty towels put back on the radiator instead of changing. Breakfast 1st morning not great but improved the 2nd morning. Bar closed very early.

Good property, but price is making most of location for visiting nearby Michelin starred

Would expect added luxuries for 187 per night for an en-suite room.

Cartmel is a lovely place to stay plenty of places to eat and drink

Breakfast was good location good very clean and comfortable

There was nothing to dislike the only thing is parking we parked on the racecourse parking for one night when we went to pay we had to use cash because there was a problem with the machines it was 10 but it was all in coins bit of a nightmare our friends helped out trying to find it in all coins
