This was a friendly pub drinks ans food were nice great location rooms were clean beds were comfy overall it was a pleas

Staff so hardworking seems like they put long hours in the staff were very attentive couldnt ask for better

Toilet in room leaked all night so Sleep Was disturbed

Disappointing

Location.

The room was cold, curtains wouldn't close and the blinds were broken. Food. The main courses were overcooked and dry.

Good

Nice location lovely views, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

The view from the bedroom and restaurant was beautiful.

Hot water was slow but they did say when we checked in it was as its an old building, not that it bothered us.

Breakfast was good but 9am is a bit late for us.

Room very shabby and dated. No curtains and blind broken, light in bathroom didn't work and toilet roll holder hanging of wall. Some sockets worked some didn't. Bizarre table with no top on? The lock on outside door was hanging off . When we went down to eat l asked what was the 'catch of the day' on menu to be told " don't know it's not been caught yet!" Oh how he and his colleague laughed before they ran to watch the football. All in all not the worst but definitely not the best and we wouldn't come back.

Location is beautiful Non gluten free breakfast was lovely

Gluten free full english breakfast, I was given black pudding on 1st morning and told it was gf but sausages were not gf so I could not have them, I was given sausages on 2nd morning and assured they were gf but told the black pudding definitely was not gf and I shouldn't have been given it. Ordered a gf pizza in the evening and the base was raw as if it had just been microwaved, even the bar staff agreed and gave me half of the money back as I had eaten the topping.

Very good

The Commodore Inn

Bay view room, very clean with nice decor and warm , we had to move up a floor because the light in the bathroom the sensor wasn't working. The room was lovely, nice warm shower, I would have liked a bath since we were walking for 2 days. The breakfast was amazing! Central to main street we headed out to Thyme just opposite for our evening meal. Near to amenities.

Nothing, clean and very good value.
