Nice and clean rooms, ample storage shelves

Shower room is good that comes with air heater, comfy during winter time.

Single bed size and Duvet are quite small. Requires instructions for room cleaning. Limited sport tv options.

Excellent staff, the two ladies in the daytimes were very helpful and helped us with some translations too Clean room. Good transport connections to the hotel, fairly priced for what it was

Breakfast seemed pricey for what it was, tv had only news channels in English but thats just one of those things Walking up to the hotel from the train station of a night had a few shifty characters which was a little unsettling, would advise travelling up to the guterplatz on the trams and walking from there

The location was perfect, not too far from the main Station (6min walk). Its near the downtown! Staff was friendly and super nice ! I enjoyed a nice weekend in Frankfurt and in Premier Inn Frankfurt City Europaviertel !

Staff was cooperative. The hotel is also clean and tidy. Max 10 mins walk to Central Railway Station. Room & bathroom were compact and everything was arranged neatly.

They charge an extra amount to give early check-in. The possibility was there as room was ready and they could go for value added, but they didn't.
