The PortoBay Falesia is a perfect hotel for a stress-free and relaxing holiday. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is excellent with lots of choice. The hotel has comfortable rooms wi (Read More)th great amenities and room service. The views are amazing, and the location is beautiful. The only downside is that the nearest beach requires navigating a sandy path and wooden steps. Overall, highly recommended.

Great Stay

Fantastic hotel, nice vibe, great breakfast with lots of variety, very nice buffet options for lunch and dinner Rooms are spacious very clean and comfortable. All personnel were very friendly and made extra efforts to make the stay memorable. Michel at the bar was super friendly. Receptionist are quick and professional. Best beach in the Algarve, amazing views.

Nice place, but minimize contack with desk staff

Nice location, good value, excellent breakfast, clean.

The staff at the counter! Rude, could care less if you stayed or how was your stay or if you were dead or alive. I know robots that have better personality!!
