A nice resort but no power sockets in the room

The location was good close to everything we needed. We had a nice room with view over the sea.

No power sockets in the room, we had to unplug one of light to be able to charge one phone! The pools are not deep, you basically cant swim. People woke up early in the morning to put towels on the sunbeds, if you wake up at 09:00 youre always late to get a sunbed.

We were there for one week and took the all inclusive pack. In general this is not a 4 star hotel for my opinion, the pool area was dirty and service awful. We felt like because we had an all exclusive the staff would not like to serve us and they were very rude to us. Also the main restaurant buffet was so bad! not a good selection of food and really bright lights. I tried to order drinks with food but it never came and no one came and took our plates from us so we ended up having full table of plates and no drinks! we did not go there after that experience. So to sum up - really pricy hotel and does not live up to standard as promised.

Outside Heated pool for kids

Outside Heated pool for kids was great! Not many hotels in Crete have it (Or they might have indoor spa pool, but not allowed to kids). At end of oct, the other pools were quite chilly already.

It was a great location and nice beach area but I wish the food had been better

The location was great and private beach access was amazing. The staff was nice and we had an issue with our room and they were able to change us back to the original room we booked the next morning. The kids club staff was also very nice and my kids enjoyed their time.

The food was not that great and we were at the end of the season so maybe they were just cleaning out the freezer but I wished we had fresher better food options and more kid options. Breakfast was pretty good and we did 1/2 board. The pools were freezing cold but at least the little kids area pool seemed to be heated and was warm. The spa was not very nice, it was older and run down, not that clean and the pool was Cold !! I was very disappointed in the spa.

Excellent

We really liked the hotel staff-friendly, polite and lovely people. Thank you for hosting us so perfectly. The food was nice- our favorites were lunch and dinner Cocktails were amazing and barmens super cool. Loved the animation team. Totally nice time in this hotel.
