Very good

A very enjoyable family break in October 2024

Our room was the perfect size and allowed our teenage kids to have a degree of independence with our worry. Food was of a good quality and variety during our stay The kids club staff were excellent and our younger kids really enjoyed the activities.

Our room was located at the edge of the resort and was, for the most part quiet. However, construction works at the adjoining site did start quite early in the morning. The pools were a little too cold for our kids but use of the indoor spa pool meant they didn't miss out.

Our 2 marvelous weeks at Kiani Beach Resort in Crete

The kindness of the stuff, the food (the chef created marvelous and very taste Cretan food), the wonderful room, the beach, spa, the tours arrangement, the cleaning ladies. They made everything to be easy and friendly. The reception helped us to stay an extra day. My husband and I had a very good time. We definitively will go back to Kiani on our next trip to Crete.

The louder metalic music. I think they should have Cretan/Greek music. Maybe rooms with the same view but with no metalic loud music.

Great staff and location but north building leaves a lot to be desired.

The staff were nice and the location is good for families.

The north side building is quite rundown. You have a view of the beach but the buildings are run down. The south side with the newer buildings appeared much nicer. If I went back I would sacrifice the ocean view for the newer buildings.

We will definitely come back. Had amazing time. Plenty for kids to do, 5 pools and beachfront. Couldnt ask for more.

Location is amazing, views are breathtaking. Property itself clean and modern. Staff welcoming and helpful.

Great family holiday at a lovely all inclusive hotel in rural Crete

A really nice hotel complex, lovely pool areas and great access to the beach. Warm sea, shallow with soft sand. Great for the kids to swim in. Good location in a quiet rural setting and with excellent facilities for the kids. Good selection of food at the buffet. We had some really good meals. The animation team and kids club staff were excellent!

The two tier all inclusive arrangement led to delays getting served drinks where the 'premium' customers ordered cocktails which took a while to prepare. This was by no means a big deal!

Good for a chill week

The new area of the hotel is lovely. Good pool facilities and nice buffet restaurant. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Lovely staff.

We had issues on arrival with that room being unclean. The staff were excellent and sorted it out immediately. We moved room and cant fault it from there. There is nothing within walking distance. If youre happy to just chill for the week its good. We had a car so explored a few days.
