the staff were really lovely and people living there were pretty kind and friendly.

I woke up with what I thought were maybe just some hives. I have since returned home and have several other "hives" pop up this last morning in a sort of pattern that looks like bed bug bites- Ive had bed bugs in a living situation in the past so I feel pretty convinced that they were those. I feel confident that it was the podshare at Venice- I have only been camping for the last two weeks prior, and then returned directly back to my family's house and woke up with more bites the next day. After noticing this, I also saw a review that had a clear photo of someone finding a bed bug in the washroom. It seems really irresponsible to be still trying to make business off of renting beds to travellers, while theres clear evidence of bed bugs. I am really hoping I haven't brought them back to my family's house. Not only is it the holidays, but I also have two elderly parents dealing with health problems who don't need to deal with this stuff. Bringing back bed bugs from your poorly run business would be really stressful.

Rtt s bra lge men lite undanskymd.

Not super happy with the stay. The night was both cold and noicy. I would appreciate more privacy when sleeping. I don't understand the "computer sound" going on full all night, supposed to be relaxing? Not really, very disturbing. Blankets should be provided this time of the season. There were also some bug's close to the bed and in the shower.

Holiday weekend. There was no breakfast but staff surprised us with vegetables and bananas one night. Grassy yard, clean.

Mixed bag. 3 moderate snorers. Woman across from me Going Great Guns. I picture her relatives laughing, sticking the hostel with her snoring. Coming from Papua New Guinea I was on airplanes for 3 days (all the arrival date). Hostel refused to refund $250. Partial refund was 75 cents. Plus I had to pay for 2 nights. Do everything online! Nothing you say or they say goes on record. Everything costs less online.

Very good

The location can't be beat, especially at the price. Easy check in and seemed like an intentional space and honestly something we need more of. I'll be back.

Nothing I didn't like. Worth being aware that it is an inexpensive space in LA. But it felt safe and was a comfortable space with people who seemed into the idea.

Avoid!!! Worst hostel I ever stayed. Had to move to a different one.

This is the worst accommodation I ever stayed at in my life. Avoid! There were signs of bed bugs all around the furniture. The bed and pillows were disgusting. There were blood marks on the duvet, someone was clearly bitten by bed bugs. I could not sleep all night. These guys almost ruined my holiday. Don't go. The place is filthy. The bathroom was disgusting and I couldn't use it. The people you have to share with were intimidating and I heard some of them were homeless. I did not feel safe. They say you can pay to store your luggage in a secure place. It's not secure, it's a room that anyone can enter.
