The location was nice with backwaters being the backdrop. The snack shop was nice, kerala style chai kada, with nice tea and snacks. The dance performance was good.

Very poorly maintained, they didn't fix issue with TV even after we complained Food was average and very bland.

Me and my family booked Plumeria resorts (earlier Vasundhara) after considering couple of options. I have stayed in most resorts in and around alleppy and kumarakom and i can say without any doubt that plumeria beats any other resort on customer service . They pamper you so much that you are humbled. All the staffs greet you with a smile ready to explain anything and cater to your needs. The property in itself is very beautiful, have lot of activities from a lovely pool, pedal boating, houseboat, kids play area,butterfly garden indoor games etc. Food was well cooked and tasty.. The overall experience was excellent and we are defenitly coming back again All staffs really put extra efforts to ensure your happiness but specially to mention Meenu and Jishnu.. You guys are just superb in customer service.. Keep it up

A beautiful property with excellent location. Lot of open spaces with activities such as paddle boating, cycling, games.such as tennis badminton court. Evening snacks counter that served traditional tea at lakeside is a beautiful experience It's one of the finest vacation I had after a longtime The staff are exceptionally well trained and always ready to help you out Restaurant is also great food taste and presentation was also great Will will visit again
