All was well except for the issue with breakfast.

The hotel all-in-all was pretty much ok. Staff were friendly, location excellent. Very comfy. Only gripe was they would not accommodate us for breakfast even though we were prepared to pay for the addition.

As far as breakfast was concerned, the hotel did NOT ALLOW allow us to purchase breakfast. Since the price from booking.com did not include the breakfast. So that was a bit of a bummer. We were prepared to pay the addition. So to all future visitors be very aware of this because it was a bit of a mission to seek a place which served breakfast.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Staff was friendly . Disappointed about the breakfast issue as I always seem to be having this issue with bookings.com

Breakfast is excellent.

I did request a flat sheet and thin blanket at the time of booking..2 months ahead of arrival..it was noted in writing by the hotel...BUT when I arrived ..it was not done and only after I checked on this ..was it finally done!!!

Exceptional

Exceeded our expectations. 2 minutes from Montecasino. An excellent breakfast spread. We loved the Christmas decorations. We would love to stay there again.
