Staff was nice, but cleanliness is poor and the hotel is overpriced. not 5 stars

Sleeping room was big, with two separate spaces for sleeping. Bathroom also big enough. Plus also for the balcony with view of the Pisa tower

The door to enter the room was difficult to open and the concierge had to explain it and demonstrate (that is their standard practice). Lights in the bedroom did not work and found a bottle of bleach in the bathroom: considering we were travelling with a toddler and a 8 YO child, that is not pleasant as they could have used it thinking it was a normal soap. No complimentary offered for a 200$ room seems odd.

For one night when you are alone is just ok

The restuarant (not belong to hotel - separate operator) was good Location walking distance 15min from leaning tower And good close access to airport

Very basic 3 star like room Phone not working (things broken in room) Forgot to put towels Big empty parking and try to get additional 15euro from you

Served its purpose but wouldnt return.

Close to the tower of Pisa. Only a 10-15 minute walk through an underpass.

Its rated 5 stars.. it isnt a 5 star hotel. By any means. The shower was dirty and mouldy and smelt like damp. The shower on the ceiling just didnt work so we had to use the hand held shower. The aircon was broken and just flashed help constantly. There were panels that looked as though they were going to fall off the ceiling/wall. I asked at reception for water, was told there was one can of still water we could buy from the mini bar, I said thats not enough for two so was told to buy more from the bar if I didnt bring my own! Quite unbelievable for a 5 star hotel. 2 stars most likely, 3 at best. You can see how it once was a 5 star, but it now needs some maintenance, paint and renovation to maintain that. The restaurant we had dinner at however, was very nice. Beautiful food that we couldnt wish for better. Overall, it served its purpose for what we needed but we definitely wouldnt stay there again.

Great experience! Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel in a great location with a stunning view to the leaning tower!

The breakfast buffet wasnt too good but thats probably to do with the different habits and standards within European countries.

The location is ideal.

Fitness swimming pool and rooftop closed. Breakfast announce at 15 and charged 20 restaurant privatised on the evening so had to eat at the bar no one able to serve us the drinks.

Disappointing

The staff were all lovely. Restaurant served good food.

Having to change rooms. When we did change room TV , air con and lights didnt work snd we asked several times for them to be fixed to no joy. The windows didnt open and plaster was falling from the ceiling. Swimming pool looked disgusting.

The location outside the city centre is convenient. The restaurant staff is wonderful.

Some rude lady receptionist treats the customers like cattle, coming up to knock at the bedroom door to tell you to leave the room at 11, and when you say you're sorry you're a little late but will pay the difference, she tells you to leave immediately all the same. The telephone in the room is out of order: it rings empty. The shower hose is broken. Half the bathroom towels are dirty on arrival.

Disappointing

Im happy we only stayed for 1 night.

The AC was not working in either room. Woke up to find the power had gone out during the night which tripped the fuse box, couldnt dial through to reception. Beds was very uncomfortable. Price was too high for the quality of the food, also too high for the quality of the rooms. Best thing about it was the location.

Disappointing

For a 5 star hotel the quality and upkeep of the rooms were substandard

The Location and staff

Lack of amenities, room was missing a hairdryer and when one was brought to us, it didnt work. Tv which controlled the WiFi didnt work also had to move room at 2am due to it being beside reception and far too noisy!
