Spacious room and just a walking distance to the city center, yet quiet in the area for relaxation

The location is just near the Sapa Station, near restaurants and shops. The hotel staff in the reception is friendly and accommodating. The room is nice and spacious, facilities are working well. The breakfast is good and scrumptious.

Staff in the dining area are not so friendly-looking and forget to smile at guests while serving food. May improve the customer service, nevertheless, the food still tasted good.

Amazing accomodation with a view

The property has a central location to everything in town, the staff were very pleasant and accomodating. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, shower was hot, heater worked excellently, and the room had an amazing view.

Gorgeous view, great room

The hotel is a perfect choice, close to everything. The staff is super. Sometimes there is karaoke in the valley below, it's quite loud, but it's quiet after 10:00 in the evening. Amazing view of the mountains, look at the photos, book a panoramic room with a balcony, it's worth it. I really recommend it.
