Unique, quirky place. Nice location and great views.

Cool, unique place. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful views. The owners were super helpful. No English but happy to chat via Google translate. Let me check in immediately when I arrived early, and hang around the terrace reading long after checkout until it was time to go for my bus, and even offered to drop me at the bus stop. Location is good, a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, and very quiet at night. WiFi was fast though no security (use a VPN).

Water pressure in the shower was very low, and lighting around the bed could be improved.

Nice place to stay in, but dont expect a lot

The rooms were good, although the staff did not know English at all, they were very kind and careful. They were very nice and let us keep the bags while we traveled in Sapa even after check out.

No one of the staff know English. It was tough because every request (towels, breakfast) requires using Google Translate. In addition, it was a bit far from the city center considered to other hotels, and has no special view due to a hotel that blocks the view from the homestay. Breakfast was minimal - egg sandwich, coffee for extra fee.

Lovely

The host was lovely, I contacted them at 2 a.m. and they called me immediately to help us find the homestay. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and airy, the view was direct to the mountain.

Superb

The property is very well equiped. The room and bathroom was nice. You can play pool for free. For breakfast we got banh mi and our daugther didnt eat it. The owner offered pho soup next morning. I really appreaciate this effort. The property is 5 minutes on foot away from Sapa center. It is quite place.

The owner is really kind, but doesnt speak english at all. But we were able to speak via translator. The room was very humid, but the ac helps to absorb it.

Lovely hosts make for a welcoming trip to Sapa

The hosts are the the highlight of the place, they are so friendly. Despite not speaking any English they make you feel so welcome and even got up at 5.30 to make us breakfast when we went hiking. The free pool table is fun and there are stunning views of the mountains from outside. Its a little tucked away but still only 5 mins walk from the business of Sapa town centre

We paid extra for the deluxe room so we could enjoy a bath but the plug leaks so it takes forever to fill up and the water eventually goes cold. Also there were a few dead bugs etc along the windows but nothing a little spring cleaning wouldnt fix!

Superb

Staff was very nice. Room were in wood style and it looks very good. Bed way comfortable. Nice clean shared bathroom. We arrived early in the morning by sleeping bus, but we were checked in earlier even the regular check in is at 14:00. That was very nice.

Even the staff was nice they absolutely didn't speak english. There were a lot mosquitoes, but we didn't have any mosquito net, so we couldn't have an open window. It was not too good without AC. Under our window was very very lonely And sad dog that cried all the time.
