Great stay

Great location, close to ferry terminal. Friendly staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. Choice of two pools, one being more quiet than the other. Well appointed and clean rooms. Air conditioning was great

Internet was a little lacking with poor reception. Had a find locations around the resort that had better service

Lack of empathy and still charged me for the stay.

I called the property to change my booking as my daughter was admitted to the ER due to a snake bite. I was told at the time that the change could be made but then when I followed it up later booking.com agents said that after contacting the property they wouldnt allow it and still charged me for the stay. The empathy of both organisations was pretty unsatisfactory.

Beautiful location, delicious buffet breakfast

I was worried as there are a lot of mixed reviews about this place. But I was pleasantly surprised with my own experience: I got a lift access room, (beware when booking at this Property as some rooms are up 3 flights of stairs with no lift access. So if you have loads of luggage to carry like ne make sure to special request a room with easy access :) staff was nice and professional and room was clean and comfortable. Very well equipped . Great for family holidays kids loved it But no room service :( booking.com said there was room service but thats not accurate.

No room service (inaccurate description of booking.com). No DVD player (another inaccurate description by booking.com) And they dont take cash which is not good as if internet is not working you just cant do anything. And also the smart tv in the room dont work: there are 3 remote control for no purpose as only regular tv works. They have a modem for internet but the smart tv are not compatible with it; only solution is to hotspot with our own devices. And there is about 1km of wiring all scumbbled up behind the tv for the speakers. Absolutely frivolous as the speakers are within 30cm of the tv.

The restaurant. Overpriced, lacking variety, and very unappealing. Beef cheeks had been pressured cooked and tasted burned the San chow boi lookedcand tasted like cat food worst I'd ever eaten
