Very secure. Great sized apartment that has absolutely everything in it that's needed for a stay.

The couch is long past its use by date.

Very good

Nice conveniente location. Quiet for a property on a major thoroughfare. Restaurants and cinema right at your doorstep.

Public transport and taxis in Townsville are pathetic.

Excellent location in the heart of the city with amenities and restaurants nearby

A bit noisy through the night. There was a blackout during my stay, and a possible burglary of one of the nearby businesses on another night. Police sirens can be heard throughout the night

The staff were amazing and let me stay on a little longer while my train was due, which was so helpful given the relentl

Spacious, clean, had all I needed for self catering and made my stay very comfortable.

A good 35 minute walk to the beach but if you enjoy walking its fine. Public transport is available and lots of people use the readily available scooters.

Very good

I strongly recommend this place due to its excellent location and exceptional customer service.

The reception and customer service were incredibly accommodating, swiftly resolving any issues that arose. The one-room apartment was fantastic, and the location was extremely convenient.

The only downside was the subpar internet connection, which made simple tasks like searching on Google Maps a time-consuming process.

Good, but facilities a bit dated.

Location / price

The mattress was terrible and I felt the springs digging in. To the staffs credit, they offered me another room with a better mattress . The ac on the balcony was super noisy and needed to trip it at the main unit to shut it down.
