Breakfast was good. Excellent location right in the middle of town within walking distance of most of the main attractions.

Decor was tired, and room felt a little worn out, scuff marks on the wall and paint mismatched. Bathroom was basic and in need of updating.

The room was very conveniently located near the Christmas Markets!

The location was fabulous, the refrigerator worked great and was cold, not like so many I've been to. Plenty of hot water for the shower and a good hairdryer which is very important to me.

Couldn't get the room to cool off, couldn't open the window to cool the room off, couldn't get the heater to adjust properly. Bed was quite hard.

Great location horrible wifi

- Central location - Luggage store (at unattended reception) before check-in and after check out

- Wifi near non-existent, no mobile coverage to use own data either. Would give 7.0 if wifi was useable - Toilet paper not flushable was gross, I get they have a macerator but it should be able to handle wet toilet papers, other banned items like tampons are understandable - Check in only available after 2pm but reception only opens until noon, so a little pricey considering it's effectively self-check-in - Room was not entirely cleaned, dust everywhere - No available sockets, had to unplug a bedside light to charge a phone, maybe the building is too old to have more sockets - Minor point but bed sheets were scratchy, not a problem for me but not for the picky - Breakfast was enough to get the morning going, but expect basic supplies like milk/cereal/bread/coffee etc

Great location for my purpose and to be in the heart of Vienna Interesting building - quirky lift! Clean and good value for location Easy access information as I arrived late at night

Not enough sockets, quite basic furnishings, only staffed in the mornings
