The location is good and the space is good for a family but I would not recommend it with small kids because of the stai

The location is good and has direct access to the shopping street and the U-Bahn. The apartment is spacious and having two toilets is a convenience.

The apartment was not clean when we arrived. The floor is dusty. We also noticed that the plates, cups, etc. were not clean so we had to wash them before using. The trash bin in the upper floor bathroom was not emptied from the last guests who used it. The showerhead leaks water through the bathtub's left side so the water runs down making the floor flooded. The heater in the bathroom was not working. The duvets used in the bedroom were thin and were not for the cold winter nights.

Great location, but I'd sooner stay in a hotel.

The location is in a great spot that is close to train lines to all major tourist destinations in the city, as well as many restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The room is clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen for plates/cutlery etc.

A few things: - The apartment came with limited amenities, no shampoo/body wash, no sugar/cream for the coffee provided etc. These are basic supplies that should be provided for a room of this price. We had to go and buy these things. There is also no microwave, which is unusual for an apartment with a kitchen. - The check in process is a bit annoying, as you have to arrange a meeting with the owner by calling them, and the gentlemen that met us barely spoke a word of English, so communicating was challenging, though we managed. - The key is a major issue. You get one key for the room, which for two people isn't enough. I went out alone and left my wife in the room, taking the keys with me and locking the door behind me so nobody entered the room while my wife was there (see cleaners below). We later realized she cannot get out of the room without the key, so she was locked inside. This is a major fire hazard, so I had to transit back home and unlock the door. You should NEVER be locked inside an apartment without being able to get out. This should not even be possible. I suggest changing the locks or at least providing more keys. - The cleaners also don't speak English and would come into the room (uninvited with their own keys) while we were there and try to communicate something. We tried to tell them we don't want the room cleaned and they got upset. The same day, they came back later and tried again, and we had another challenge asking them to leave. My wife never felt comfortable staying in the room as the cleaners seemingly came and entered the room without warning. There should be a sign to hang on the door to say you don't want the room cleaned. - The parking is handy and easy to use, however the parking stalls are absolutely tiny, we could barely fit our car in.

Location is excellent, neighborhood is quiet and at the same time right next to the main shopping street, metro stations and cafes. The hosts were very nice and polite, and we were even able to leave our luggage at their office after the check out time.

Dont have much of complaints - maybe just that the pillows are a bit small and feels like there are decorative rather than ergonomic. Also if the hosts decide to put some simple shower gel in the bathroom would be quite helpful.

Great location. The apartment is new and looks great. Top floor with a great terrace. The host let us check out at any time, which was a really nice gesture. We would definitely come back.

Parking space is in the nearby public garage, a little hard to navigate on foot. Some minor issues (as a suggestions to the host) that really DIDNT SPOIL our stay: The apartment was generally very clean but could have been cleaned a little better (dust, toilet) - we booked late and arrived 1 hour after booking, so I suppose they didn't have enough time to prepare it. Suggestion to the host: please don't use that cheap and shabby blanket on clean sheets on the sofa bed, it spoils the impression of that nice and clean apartment. Lack of a small kitchen in the apartment (even though we were allowed to use the kitchen in apartment 1 which was empty).

The location is fantastic for discovering Vienna! The apartment is new, warm and comfortable, in perfect condition. It is clean, with daily room cleaning. The parking is conveniently close. The friendly owners welcomed us, personally.

Only missed a whisk in the kitchen.
