Very good

A good place to stay for a short time

The location was good, it was near to the city centre and to touristic areas of York. The breakfast was nice and tasted good. The room was clean.

The room was a little dark. Not many options for breakfast.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was nice. The shower was good.

Bedding, didn't fit properly. Although parking was available, it was extremely tight.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean, location was spot on .Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Overall was was a good stay and would go back again

The greeting the smell the dirt. shocked that this place rated so high The cost. the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The carpet was dirty felt very uncomfortable all round My wife would not eat breakfast both days we were there . TV screen was murky and picture was ghosting too. What a mistake to believe ratings

Superb

Clean, comfy, friendly and good value.

The owners were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. There was even a mini fridge and wine glasses and corkscrew! The location was perfect too. Was an added bonus they have free parking.

The car park was very tight.
