Nice cozy rooms, but be ready to deal with construction.

I loved the fact that each room had a kitchen.

I didn't like being charged resort fees for a resort that was under construction. No pool, no spa. Even though there were facilities available to use, we would have to pay the fees. I think under the circumstances, they should have made a deal with the facilities to pick up that cost by better utilizing resort fees. Also they should really be more transparent about that on their website and through booking.com instead of getting that information after the fact.

Pleasant

Everybody was very pleasant and very helpful. I was initially given one of the very old rooms on the first floor and the fan on the heater was horrible and loud when I asked if they could fix it and they said they couldnt they offered to move me upstairs to the larger place. No extra charge.

Well, its not that I didnt like some thing. Its just it was old very old but well-kept.

We enjoyed our stay there and we will recommend it to others especially when the renovations are completed.

It was clean and the location was good. The staff very polite and helpful.

Pool and sauna have been closed for over a year.

Great stay in PC

Very clean and comfortable in walking distance to lots of places. The staff is super friendly and text you each day to make sure youre content and have everything you need. Its undergoing renovations but we didnt hear anything so it was fine and I imagine thats why we got such a great rate- just under $200 for two nights. Would recommend and stay again.

It mostly suited our needs

Thought the room was (mostly) well designed. The bed was comfortable. Liked having a kitchen which was well stocked. Parking was safely underground and easily reachable to the elevator. Only accessible to room card holders.

It was incredibly difficult to find! We spent more than 30 minutes, in the dark, looking for this place. We had to go to the Sheridan Hotel for directions. There was no lighting on the signage! We were informed the manager was aware but nothing was done while we were there. Very dark! Our bed was very close to the wall. We finally pulled it out a ways so my husband could shimmy up the side. And a 10am check out time is a bit excessive.

Good location for my trip has a lot of room for improvements.

The location was incredible

The information about the remodelation they are going trough is very hard to find in their website, so I didnt find out until I got there. Still didnt spend time at the hotel to bother me but it was disappointing.

Nice people, clean room horrible sleep

Staff was very pleasant

My room had a mechanical hum that kept us awake at night. Daytime was okay, the tv helped drown out the noise. We tried ear plugs to sleep the second night without much success.
