they don't offer breakfast and for the price that we paid, wasn't fair at all . they have another sister hotel that they could organize breakfast for the guests , that is the ONLY thing that i wouldn't stay there...

Great stay in a comfortable modern room

Well located, modern looking and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful with quickly fixing a hot water issue and helping us to book water taxis. Would stay again

Was a little noisy at times from room upstairs and lobby area outside room. Booked a room with a terrace with expectations of a balcony as stated in booking.com, however it was just terraced windows that had a view of a brick wall next door.

Great Stay in Venice

Very modern looking hotel right in the middle of Venice with the main highlights within a few minutes walk distance. Staff was very friendly and the room was super comfortable, warm and cozy. I would definitely stay again if I went back to Venice.

I was very looking forward to a very hot shower after a very cold day walking around Venice but unfortunately, the water didn't come out that hot, although it was warm enough to have a pleasant shower.

A beautiful room to stay in thank you.

A beautiful property in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a problem with the tv. The man at reception assisted and got it working. Unfortunately it stopped again and I didnt want to make him come back again. Also the hot water wasnt really.
