Very good

Good breakfast, handy location with a Starbucks right next door, always a very clean room!

The check-in guy was just awkward. He made me a little uncomfortable. I havent had that experience there before so hopefully hes either new and will improve, or is on his way out.

Overall very nice

Really nice hotel with a cool lounge area that has an outdoor fire pit. Room was nice but shower stall was really small. Conveniently located for travelers. Several restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The desk was super busy when we checked in (New Years Eve), and so it wasn't the best experience.

Superb

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was aboveboard and friendly and the hotel was beautiful and comfy.

Breakfast was excellent but should be checked often for self serve essentials (such as cream, butter, bread for toast, etc.) they ran out of things quickly perhaps due to guests taking more than they needed, however, still left a shortage for the rest of the guests.

I would have liked a houskeeping door tag to request service.

Location. They offered a free shuttle to the casino. Last trip there was 10 pm. They picked you up from there any time though. The hotel surroundings outside were kept up and nice. Alot of places to eat within walking distance as well as a Home Depot, Walmart and some other stores. Right off the 101 Fwy.

1st they would not let me upgrade my room since I booked through Booking.com. 2nd- the room smelled really bad. I went & bought air fresheners. 3rd- every time I went to the desk to try to give them a license # for a car they were slow helping someone. I tried to phone from the room but the phone didn't work. The only friendly staff member was the shuttle driver. The desk told me their restaurant was open til 10 pm but when I went at 930 pm they said they were closed.
