The place is awesome, nearby to Talegaon toll. Quiet surroundings with lush green trees around. You can spend your time at leisure at the Hotel itself.. it has an awesome play area with pool, carrom, Foosball, Badminton and TT.. it also has a swimming pool attached to the restaurant.. another place where u may lie at leisure. Staff was polite and at your service. They would try to extend all support to keep the guests happy and accommodate all requests within their purview. Cost is reasonable.. they had arranged for a barbecue night for 2 consecutive nights to celebrate Independence day the food was awesome, specially the live counters served lip smacking dishes.. both veg and nonveg. Dinesh was my contact person for the trip and he has a superb customer service skills.. followed by the waiter, who was also Dinesh and his supervisor Sandip, to name a few.. the bartender was also courteous and also gave suggestions for mocktails and cocktails.. All in all a vacation well spent

Service was slow.. HK needs to improve speed and voluntarily contact for cleaning. Linens were moist owing to rain and needs to be hot dried to avoid unpleasant odour (while they replaced it as soon as highlighted) Billings had errors and delays, please double check. Wifi pwd is available only for a day and not as per itenary.

Good place to stay in Talegaon Industrial Area

Food was OK....... Service staff response could have been better...... it seemed like they were understaffed...
