Perfect location. Good for short stay. Not suitable for those need concierge.

The location is the best. It's located just in front of Sacher, famous cafe. Heating works very well. Room cleaning every day (around 11 am). Overall, quite satisfied.

No concierge. The room is a bit tiny. And shower section did not drain well. Bed is a bit too soft for me (but this is subjective, I dont like it because it caused me backache.)

Excellent location, spacious room with a nice view, impecable clean, quiet. We stayed here for the second time and we hope to come again. Confortable proximity with opera house, Albertina, etc. Easy check in indeed.

location is perfect, it's in the centre, everything is nearby

no luggage room, if you have a train or plane at the 2nd part of the day, you have to look for where to leave you luggage.

The hotel location is more than perfect! In the middle of the city center. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a very cosy sofa. Coffee machine and a large screen TV. We actually arrived before 3 pm and they let us check in right away. The self check in was seamless.
