One World Hotel has withstood the challenges of the pandemic and has returned with even greater passion for hospitality. Guests appreciate the convenient location connected to the One Utama mall. The (Read More) hotel provides excellent service, with quick responses to orders and a clean policy. The friendly and helpful staff create a safe and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast service has been expanded to accommodate more customers. Although there are some areas for improvement, such as updated movies and additional TV channels, the hotel is highly recommended for its clean, spacious rooms and strategic location.

- the buffet spread is good - we stayed on for hi tea buffet after our check out - connected to 1 Utama so can rest after a day of shopping and continue again - housekeeping staff was helpful

- they gave us a plate of cookies and unfortunately my 8 yr old daughter dropped the entire plate on the floor while opening it, she called reception to request for more and they outright rejected her and she got upset . Anyway , I called again and explained the situation and was told that it was one time only but they will check with mgt . They did send up another plate of cookies pretty quickly but I feel it could be better managed from the start. My daughter was deducted points for the hotel coz of this - cleanliness & maintenance of locks etc could be better

Comfortable stay, great location, can't wait for the next stay.

2nd stay at One World Hotel within a month, because we really do like this place! The location is amazing, being connected to 1 Utama mall, and the underground parking seems safe and secure. The breakfast spread is amazing and the rooms are big and comfortable!

There were no major issues, but it is a large hotel so it can get a little crowded during peak periods for breakfast and waiting for the lifts, but this would be the same for any large hotel out there. The friendliness and professionalism of all staff we met balanced this out easily.
