Superb

First stay at the Omni but highly impressed, especially with all the great staff, who made the difference.

Location, high standards of decor, outstanding helpfulness of all staff we encountered, particularly Shawn Parker who went above and beyond to help us with an unusual request.

We felt the bar area and the Rib Room restaurant were a slight let down compared to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Rib Room is a an older historical features but the are not made advantage of and lighting is rather dingy. A missed opportunity.

We go to NOLA for the food and the music.

The Omni is right in the middle of the Quarter and is walking distance to all of my favorite spots.

Upscale property in great location.

Staff was great and accomodating to a request I had to be next to my sister staying in the same hotel. The downstairs bar was nice and they had a live piano player. Great location to everything in the french quarter, and about a 20 minute walk to any of the CBD restaurants and casino.

The fire alarm went of a couple times, but due to another guest.

The hotel is a beautiful lady who is very proud and aging well. But given her beauty she is showing her age just below the surface. Was at Peabody last year. Very similar but Peabody has held up a little better.

Perfect charm for our visit to New Orleans !

Location is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. This Omni is a historic hotel so a little different than some others. Decor is southern charm! Loved it!

Lighting in the room. Electrical outlets were convenient but would not hold the plug in tight to charge phones.
