Highly recommend this quaint and outstanding boutique hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, there was a really comfy friendly atmosphere. The finishings were to the highest standard. The staff were so warm and lovely and made our stay extra special.

A great location in the centre of Oxford. The room was small (expected in a city centre) but had absolutely everything including mirrors, table top, good lighting and an electricity plug in the same area so I could do my make up and hair easily! The restaurant food was excellent.

Nothing, but be careful entering the car park as it is a tight entrance. However, the staff put a reserved place on a parking space for you, which is great!

Everything ok except for not getting an invoice

Location very good. Breakfast ok.

Hotel would not issue an invoice. Excuse was that the amount had already been deducted by booking.com and we should contact booking.com for an invoice. First time that a Hotel is not capable of issueing an invoice.
