Great staff and location but neighbouring nightclub and lack of pool let it down

Staff were excellent

No mention of the pool being closed and also being positioned opposite a 12-6 night club is far from ideal.

Great Escape to the Land of Glorious Sunshine

The Hotel is well located in close walking proximity to the Harbour, entertainment and shops.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and small. The room temperature could not be controlled adequately and made the room uncomfortably warm whilst in the room. We were forced to leave the balcony door open at night and the traffic and noise from the motor vehicle caused a disturbance to our quiet and sleep as the hotel is located across a busy highway. There were no complimentary bottles of water in the room. Coffee condiments were limited and not replenished adequately

Very comfortable, modern hotel in a lively area of Puerto Bans.

Good location, modern, spacious and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were so soft, I slept like a baby every single night. The breakfast offered a good variety of food and drink options.

A bit noisy, could use more sound isolation. I would have liked some essential toiletries such as cotton buds/pads, toothbrush and toothpaste etc...
