Fantastic hotel in a great location. Recommend.

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel at a great rate (at least I lucked out to get it for an amazing rate). The location is fantastic, an easy walk from the main train station that you use to arrive from Lisbon. You could walk to the historical town, but I took a very short ride on a local commuter train which was free for me with my Lisbon ticket (on the same day). The hotel is adorable, super clean, really nice design and reno, great staff, comfy beds, bedding and towels. The bathroom was huge and gorgeous. It even had a rain shower, which was really strong, like a waterfall. I didn't have breakfast included. (probably that's why my rate was lower). The hotel even lended me an umbrella on a rainy day. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel in Porto

Modern hotel, nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Very close to train station Campagna. Just 20-30 minutes walk to city center, or you can take the bus or metro.

Superb

The comfort and appearance of the bathroom and the beds were excellent. The room was bright, quiet and pleasant. We had a very relaxing sleep. The breakfast was good.

Location not so central, but still walkable distance from the center.

We are two ladies and booking a room type is Double or Twin Room, request 2 single beds two months ago. But Oca Oriental Porto Hotel said they'll do their best to accommodate you upon arrival. After several email requests, they can make an exception and assign a room with two beds for your reservation. Until the day we check in, they insisted that this is on making an exception in advance 2 single beds room to us, not upon of arrival. We had a bad feeling! Should we be very grateful to them? I don't understand that this is just a simple hotel room allocation system? They have two months to arrange from the date of our booking. I hope the hotel understands what guests need?
