Disappointing

The cleanliness of the hotel is bad. Im disappointed its a Wyndham chain hotel standard.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The shower is great, spacious and nice done!

My room has ants crawling around. I dont like the lighting, it makes the room so dark, and cant actually see its clean or not. Location of the hotel front is not appealing, it looks you are in a run down neighborhood.

Disappointing

Would be perfect if it had air conditioning

The staff were outstanding and were always available to assist. The location is great for getting around Porto easily.

The only issue with this hotel is that even though it was advertised with A/C it only had a heater and a fan and the room got unbearably hot even on colder days. The staff were quick to provide an additional fan which was much appreciated although the room was still incredibly warm throughout the night.

Superb

A great stay with a convenient location at the centre

The property is very well located with a great team of staff. The bed was comfortable and TV had a wee personalised message is lovely. The room was too hot and no aircon so had to open the window that means the noise from outside could be heard. Thats the only thing as we could get sleep for both nights we stayed there, rest is great about the place.

Disapointment

The room was confortable.

The Hotel does not have a garage, parking near the hotel is complicated. Breakfast is very poor not for a 4 star hotel, i classify the breakfast more a 2 star hotel, very poor, Also i requested an omolette and was not available or possible.

lovely modern hotel

Modern design

It was my first time in Porto and I have no idea that the city is so small. On Booking it was said that the hotel is located in the city centre, but in fact it is 15-20 minutes away. Next time Id look for something more centre. Also, the area outside the hotel is not nice, a lot pf abandoned buildings.

Location was great. It is a residential area but close to the center. Staff was soooo nice! Loved the breakfast and the food. The room was exactly as the picture. Everything was perfect
