A great place to stay with something for everyone

location is fantastic. I booked this room for my daughter and her husband for the start of their honeymoon trip (cruise leaving Brisbane) an the staff were awesome to them and gave them a little gift as well

Paid for a partial ocean view - room was dirty, stained couch, floors, dirty bed. Only other room available was facing the street, didnt offer for any compensation. Aircon leaked a bucket full of water, wifi didnt work on TV or phone

Was enjoyable! Great location & food facilities & shopping!

The cafe was closed the days we stayed. Next time Id love to stay in a family suite but was not available. But the room we stayed in suited us for the time we stayed over. Was a great location for the beach access and food and shopping. Enjoyed it greatly! Would definitely book again.

Wouldve loved a better room & a cleaner bathroom as was a bit dirty on arrival.

Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Plenty of space for parking and easy to access amenities & hotel lobby from the car park.

We requested and paid for a cot but didnt end up receiving one :( havent received refund yet ..

The location is great - lady at reception was very helpful. Pool was nice for the kids to play in.

Old and tired hotel. Mould in bathroom, tiles cracked. Had to step over toilet to get out of bath. Stinky chlorine smell - urine smell in carpet of bedroom. Had 1 br apt but very cramped and cery little tools to use - not even something to wipe the kitchen bench with, nor was there a bin! 1 night cost me more than my weekly rent but wr had no choice. It was between xmas and new year so price was crazy. Balcony was very small in the one that we had. Other had bigger ones tho. Would never stay again for that price ($500 -youd expect some luxury;-)
