The rooms and bathroom was not very clean had to ask staff to come in and clean

Superb

The swimming pool was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The restaurant was unfortunately closed. Made getting food a bit harder.

The bed was so comfy, the pools were great, wine glasses were perfect, plenty of room and very comfortable

No restaurant it was closed Hot plates have no temp settings or indicators they are on we left it in for hours accidentally

Lovely facilities

I love the pool as it is nice and big and plenty of room for many people.

Staff were extremely rude, restaurant closed and the 2 nights that it was opened when I first arrived they didnt have much as it was closing. I think end of season dates should be reviewed.

Overall a lovely stay with the exception of the restaurant, which needs attention.

Room and pool lovely

Restaurant was more than disappointing. The breakfast selection was minimal and terrible. We had to pay extra for this and it was embarrassing and not up to the requisite standard. We are Australians and have travelled extensively within Australia and overseas. This is one of the worst breakfasts we have ever been offered. It is a very poor example of Australian hospitality and food standards.

Passable

The room was comfortable the cleaner could have done more than empty a bin.

We were extremely disappointed in the pool with no maintenance being done around the edges of the pool. There was an area closed off with tape that appeared to have been there for some time. Very poor.
