Disappointing

Hotel Not as expected

Not much, staff were very frendly, only place in Broome that had Christmas Package for Christmas day.

Hotel is old and tied, one pool was closed for renovation other pool is old and tied. Hotel is open too the public and anyone can walk in off the street and use the pool.

Exceptional

Perfect Central Broome Stay.

I loved the location and the frozen margaritas at the bar! Delicious. The view of the mangroves is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff were really friendy.

Service a little slow at the bar/restaurant because they are so popular!

Beds uncomfortable, cheap furniture and aircon wasn't working properly

Great location and great pool

The aircon ticked all night long, this was reported. Left my bathers in the shower and they were reported missing so cleaning staff must have taken them.

We come in from Derby regularly for a luxury weekend and the Mangrove Hotel is one of our favourite

We love the pool and large rooms

We were a family of 3 yet we only had 2 of everything supplied, i.e. 2 towels, washers, glasses, mugs, bottled water etc. Also the air-conditioner made a very loud clunking noise when on. I mentioned it to reception.

Disappointing

Good in Theory, Ruined by Works and Faulty Equipment

Room was ok, but the views that we paid for we ruined by construction work carried out just outside the room and the windows being a main thoroughfare resulting in public views into our room. Aircon was permanently stuck on the coldest setting and the tv didn't work.
