Staff and room were great@

Parking was challenging..especially when unloading. Jazz was played loudly right next to our room..conversation, watching TV, or even talking was not possible while.musicians were playing.

Very poor

I have to find better facilities and easy parking and better service.

My room did not have a single chair to sit down, nor table or writing table. I had to sit on top of the bed, otherwise nothing there to sit down. Coffee cups had coffee stain, handled by staff with all kind of hand holding to bring they said clean cups. Parking was difficult, otherwise I had to go to other location for the parking. It is not worth the service p;rovided nor not worth $399.00 a night for the room without a single chair and dirty cups.

Very good

Came to see my son for a football game and 5K before he graduates in May. I love several hours away and dont get there

Location, loved the cottage feel, cafe next Door to my room, beautiful setting

Walls are thin, neighbors were really Noisy in the middle of the night - sounded like moving furniture

Did not enjoy our stay

We were boarded in a nice room that looked comfy in pictures.

All the amenities were either poor or incorrectly advertised. 1. There were bottles in the bathroom for shampoo, conditioner and bath wash, but 2 of them were just empty when we checked in. 2. The ad on hotels.com said there would be parking available, but we had to park in an apartment in the next block and we were charged an additional 50 dollars for one night of parking. Not sure what that was about because we did not get a bill/receipt. 3. The listing said wifi in rooms, what it doesn't say is dial up modem speeds and a host to that is happy to point out that nothing can be done about it. Our stay had the potential to be wonderful. It was a pity, that it wasn't.

Very good

The breakfast is provided at the Oakhurst Cafe, which provides imaginative and very tasty menu. Thoroughly recommended. Not included in the room charge.

They were very reluctant to help me order a taxi. Basic civility and desire to help triumphed in the end and it was fine, but it's a curious thing to get hung up about.

Superb

Everything was wonderful the only thing that confused me were the prices. The food, the staff, basically everything with one exception, I paid approximately $400 a night and yet on their website there were specials I qualified for, and when I searched for prices many were a lot less. More transparency would be nice and if youre offering discounts, somebody should communicate that to you when you check in.
