When you stay at Kimpton youre getting a luxury experience on a dime.

When you stay at Kimpton youre getting a luxury experience on a dime. From the valet service thats wrap up in your bill to the garden that you can take a nice stroll through, this place has it all. I can write a novel on how beautiful this place is and smells omg the smell is so good, youll never think twice about whether the room is clean or not. All in all dont think twice about staying here do not hesitate and finish your reservation you wont be disappointed.

Never again!

Nice hotel in appearance

Misrepresentation of parking options. We were told upon arriving that there was valet parking only at a rate of $26 /day. Then incompetence on the part of the valet staff resulted in damage to our vehicle. Then it turns out that there were plenty of available parking g near the hotel. We could have avoided the whole headache. Now we were left having to work out the insurance coverage for the repair of our vehicle.

Gorgeous, modern, classy place. Highly recommended!

One of the better hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the treats in the room + breakfast were outstanding, and the room was clean and well-equipped.

Not having an iron in the room was a bit inconvenient. I guess one could also say there's not much of a view, but that's not their fault! Also, the valet was friendly but a bit slow. This is nitpicking, though!

Social hour, new hotel so carpet and furnishings in great condition, on campus with beautiful setting, shopping mall in 15 minutes walk, not downtown

Superb

Upgraded room at check-in, and since social hour was ending in a few minutes, a staff member brought me a glass of wine at the check in desk. Burger and shrimp tacos in the bar were delicious.

If only the staff could control the weather LOL, we might have been able to enjoy the beautiful gardens. Otherwise no complaints at all.
