Very poor

They knew we what arrive as family and gave us two separate rooms on the opposite end of the floor. At least it was the same floor. I wondered why they insisted in which room the children need to be - because the heater was broken in the other one.

Good location

Unfortunately there was so much wrong with the room, the shower leaked everywhere causing the bathroom to be flooded, a number of lights didn't work, a number of switches also didn't work and there was no heating despite adjusting the thermostat.

Never come again.

Only part I liked what the reception area bar it was pretty and Elegant that is it.

I booked a queen room at stated was 25 extra from a double room my room was a double bed expected it to be bigger , when I spoken to the staff at the desk they were quite rude saying no thats the room u got a sofa bed but I didnt know the sofa bed and bed concluded as a queen bed. The carpets was filthy upstairs is so run down the bar needs a serious good clean and the staff need to cheer up and greet people with a smile instead of been miserable and Mardy.

Could have been great but a little disappointed

The main areas - receptions, bar, breakfast areas were lovely. Breakfast was great!

The rooms were not as expected. And I was really disappointed in the inaccuracies in the allergens menu on the QR code. Everything marked as may contain nuts when it didnt when checked! Oh, its just to be safe I was told!

Exceptional

Very relaxed to stay with children. The pool is like a big beautiful bath. It's so warm n relaxing. We swam 3 times n loved it. Didn't have to check out till noon either n all the staff were friendly n lovely too
