I was alone but they charged me the breakfast and room for 2 persons and I ony noticed this after leaving the hotel since they were sending the invoice to my email. I sent an email saying that the invoice was wrong and the answer was that they were not able to confirm if this was true. Very bad service...

Disappointing

It was mandatory to stay there as part of a larger group event. But it was a cold place without any soul or heart.

The on duty manager on one of the days. We had a long talk about my complaint and he was really good. Forgot his name. But it was regarding an issue with the cleaning of our room. And he was extremely polite and friendly and professional about it.

Unlike the above manager , there was a front desk associate called Zofia. She was sullen and unhelpful. Housekeeping didn't clean our sink and toilet. She started arguing with me about how they r not supposed to do it every time. What a ridiculous argument to try to be defensive about her mistakes. And then I asked her who is supposed to clean the toilets in that case - again she condescendingly said "housekeeping does room Cleaning mam".
