Just a view and nothing more.

We had a beautiful view and and also a nice tub.

The pillows are a nightmare. We ended sleeping with towels under our heads since they only provide one type of rocky hard pillows where you feel like you are sitting instead of laying down. No bathrobe, no coffee machine. Wouldnt book it again.

Superb

Second time to this hotel, great location close to metro and the rooms are some of the best I have been in! Its like a mini apartment. Clean warm fresh top. Staff were amazing.

Great location.

The location was great, 2 mins walking from the metro station. The amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.) were great quality

No way to contact reception during the stay. The design of the room is a bit uncomfortable.

Modern, sleek, friendly and green - a great hotel.

The hotel is very modern, clean, and has a great design. The breakfast was really nice with fresh bread, fruit, meats, seeds and nuts etc. The staff were extremely friendly. It is also trying to go green as much as possible. Great location for trains. Not sure if it does day passes, but there is a gym round the corner (if I had of known I would have brought clothes to use it during my stay).

For taxis, as we have mobility needs, it was a little bit far out from the centre or west of the town for some museums. The lifts (as I have a slight phobia), but nothing I could do about that at all. The loo roll wasnt replenished for our stay and we were hardly given any at the beginning so we run out. On the first day there was a fake eye lash stuck to one of our towels.
