Very good

Great outdoor areas. Rooms are ok. Location is great.

Outdoor areas were great. Lots of places to lounge, swim and grill. Staff were great.

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Kitchenette was small and the stove didn't work very well. Also only had one really low quality frying pan and no pots. There was no storage in the apartment so it was hard to be organized since all our stuff was on the floor.

Several issues in the bathroom. Very disappointed.

Location

The bathroom was in terrible conditions. Kitchen didnt have the minimum utensils as announced. Staff has provided some utensils upon request though.

Dirty ..outdated rooms and grounds not anything like what it says to be...housekeeping does nothing and are very rude..no one in the office 90 percent of the time..

Really good location, close to the beach, short driving distance to port Everglades and MIA.

1 bathroom for a family sized apartment, sofa stains questionable. None of the kitchen sockets worked.

Disappointing

Location to the beach was nice.

Everything is very run down and the room did not look like the photos online. It is time to invest in your property with quality workmanship rather than the diy work that has been completed. Its all old falling apart and the work that has been completed looks terrible.

Guillermo and the other gentleman were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. I bit dated but nice.

Night shift lady wasn't very friendly but she was polite.

Poor quality for over priced rooms

Close to beach

Doors to the rooms had large gaps and very poor security of locks. Room smelled of chlorine and was quite strong. Noisy noisy noisy. Could hear every guest coming and going all nite. This facility is trying to to play upscale when they are low scale and not worth the money. Parking was a joke. Had to park at least 3 blocks away then transport bags and personal belongs down the street. I will not stay in this facility again and recommend others do the same

Pleasant

Nice setting. Feels like an oasis. Good people. The rooms need basic setup and upgrade.

The location was perfect, right a few yards from the beach. The service was also perfect. The people who worked there were delightful and helpful. The setup was very nice with the plants, trees, lights, the pools and the jacuzzi. Daily service is also good. They fix the beds and the room nicely.

The rooms do not have the normal setup of a hotel, so you do not have closets to keep your clothes. The bathrooms also do not have hooks to hang your clothes. The rooms are outdated and do not give you the feel of staying in a hotel.
