Great location, very friendly staff and the Norfolk Taps excellent range of drinks.

Uncomfortable/noisy beds. The beds are 2 singles pushed together to make a large double, this meant there was a massive dip in the middle and every time you moved the bed creaked. I was also unable to turn the radiator which made for a very warm and uncomfortable night's sleep. When this was all mentioned to reception in the morning they stated the hotel is about to under go a make over so hopefully these issues get addressed.

Excellent location and comfortable hotel

Room was very well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and very good.

Bedside lamps were too far away/ too dim to allow comfortable reading

Pleasant clean large room. Great location.

Lovely large clean room but quite quirky. Very central location.

A bit like a rabbit warren and it took me ages to navigate all the stairs and corridors. Requested a courtyard room but got a high street room.

Very good

Quirky hotel in a great location with pleasant staff & a fabulous tap room

Perfect location in the centre of town; tap room is amazing - really good range of local beers and banging cocktails!

No parking available as there was a wedding reception; managed to find free on road parking about ten minutes walk away.

Actually , 20 minutes the hotel rang our mobile and told us there gad been a small fire and all electricity was off.They gave us another hotel in the vicinity to stay at , added a free breakfast and charged us for the night as usual.
