Disappointing

Great location but poor accomodation

Free parking on site & good location close to the town centre. The bed was comfy and there was lots of wardrobe space.

The room and bathroom were quite small, the window only opened a tiny bit which didn't help in the hot weather. The main issue was a horrible smell that I think may have been coming from the bathroom and even with the windows opened it would not go so ended up buying a freshener for the room. As mentioned by other guests the rooms are tightly packed with thin walls so lots of noise. It should be priced cheaper as it is just rooms rather than a hotel.

The room only its not an hotel that wasnt known until we got there.Other ratings say the staff were great there are no staff there? The room is cleaned after your stay to a good standard.The room and bathroom are very nice but there is no breakfast or bar or lounge in this block of rooms to let.

The fact that it was sold as an hotel by booking dot com but its definitely a room to rent business.the room was advertised with coffeemaker but that didnt exist only a kettle was available? No air conditioning either!

Location

On my arrival, I was told unpromptly by a reception staff that he is giving me a very nice room, however when I entered it I was very unpleasantly surprised to find a room on the top floor/attic with a slanted ceiling which took half of the room and the bathroom. As Im quite tall I hit my head several times entering the bathroom and approaching the window. To be able to use the table one would need to approach it half bent. When I was booking the room I was expected to get the room that was presented on booking.com.that would match quite a high price I paid. Very disappointed, felt fooled especially as I was told that he will give me a very nice room, which was a straight lie. As I saw what other rooms looked like on the ground and first floor when I was passing them. Definitely wouldnt stay again in this hotel due to dishonesty of the staff.
