Very good

Good hotel for young people!

Nhow Milan is a great hotel, big and very clean. I think the size of the room worked just fine and the facilities of the hotel are also good. It's a modern and colourful place, and silent corridors which is good to sleep.

I don't really liked the location of the hotel, but I haven't paid attention to that when I booked the room. It felt a little bit desert but maybe that's because of the holidays. The room could have had more facilities, but overall the experience was very good.

My favorite place to stay in Milan

Since a few months I always stay here when I am in Milan for work. The hotel is modern. Personnel is nice, rooms big and clean. Location is ok. Not in the center but on walking distance from Navigli. The thing that could be better is to open the pool also in winter.

No pool in autumn and winter. The fire alarm went in the middle of the night and everybody had to go out the hotel. Somebody smoked in the room. I understand it is policy but next time maybe see first if there is an actual emergency? If possible.

Amazing experience

In this art hotel the staff is exceptionally welcoming. Chiara, one of the receptionists, has made our stay really memorable. She is not only competent, but also extremely kind. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and cosy and the atmosphere is esthetically satisfying.

Fantastics and really colourful location, lots of visual surprises. The ceiling of the room must have 5 meters high. Great breakfast with enormous variety of cuts, fruits, baked things, juices, etc. etc.

Enjoyable stay.

I liked the decoration on the walls at the reception and outside the front door. It was neat and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, and many options to choose from. Bar was ok and served nice cocktails. Gym and spa facilities were really good and spotless clean.

Theres an issue with the shower head in my room that made my stay a bit uncomfortable as it was difficult to have hot shower and when I switched to hot, it became cold immediately making the water temp interchangeable. The restaurant menu could have more options to choose from as in breakfast, and the sauce they serve along with pasta could have been better.

Lovely "Hip" hotel, a little out of city centre but very accessible using 14 Tramline, which was a few minutes walk away. Very lively night life in the Navigli canal area close by.

Air Fresheners a little overpowering in the common areas.

Lovely hotel, but too far from the center of Milan

The size of the room was fine. We booked a junior suite. It was clean. The personel was friendly. The atmosfer is quirkey. We were able to leave are luggage in another hotel closer to the center of Milan.

The room was fine although there was only cold water running from the shower and there was no chromotherapy. We didn't really like breakfast: coffee in paper cups, cold scrambled eggs, cold bacon, cold pancakes, ... The distance from the city center is quiet long (more 20 minutes by taxi and even more than 40 minutes by tram.

Superb

NHOW Milan is my favourite hotel in Milan, this is due to it's quirky / artsy rooms and decoration, and its wonderful location in the Navigli area, which is always bustling, and remarkably less touristy than you would expect. Bonus is that they seem to almost always be able to provide me with a parking spot for the duration of the stay.

For a Milan the city of coffee / espresso culture in Italy, I would have expected a better espresso service during breakfast. Don't let that stop you from going here though!
