Superb

Great location near Santa Lucia Station. Very comfortable beds and daily cleaning service. We were being attended with care for any request we had.

Better wifi would be welcome. The moment we arrived, the temperature in the room reached 27,5 Celsius degrees! Needless to say that we turned off the heating. Yet, for the first hours, it was really uncomfortable!

Very good

very close to Stata lucia train station, can easy walk to the hotel by ourselves.

they dont have do not disturb card in the room. an hour before we about to check out, their housekeeper entered our room without even knock the door, shouldnt happened in a 4star hotel.

Location is amazing (almost in the corner of the train station) -- so no need to carry your bags up and down (or under water...) the streets of Venice. Staff is very nice.

Room is not big enough (but it's okay considering that you are in an old city like Venice).

Close to train station. And close to water taxi. The staff spent time explaining the sights, history, a good walking route and water taxis

Unpleasant man working the front desk. Otherwise dealt with an extremely pleasant woman at the desk throughout our stay,

Our stay was extended in the same room by a very nice woman at the front desk.

Everything was positive until the end, when checking out on Dec 13, the man working the front desk in the morning was very rude and had an off-putting and illogical attitude about the mini bar. Frankly, we have never seen a mini bar with such unclear markings of charges, where as literally every other hotel around the world would have some sort of paper there showing the price list. This man seemed didnt understand it at all and showed a poor condescending attitude towards us. The hotel management staff should really hold this guy accountable, because he ruined an otherwise pleasant stay at the property.
