The location is the best. It's located very close to the center of the city, right at the main station. And it's walking distance to the shopping area so it's easy to shop and find something to eat. highly recommended.

EXCELLANT LOCATION.COMFORTABLE STAY

LOCATION VERY CENTRAL.TWO MINUTE WALK FROM WHERE AIRPORT SHUTTLE LEFT US.MY SISTER CAME IN EARLIER THAN CHECKIN TIME AND WAS GIVEN A ROOM.

Good location, facilities were okay, good stay

Location was very good , staff was acting a bit weird i.e. they are not able to answer your basic English questions clearly, they make mistakes, or not able to advise where to visit / give map. Kettle in the room was not working, despite i asked in advance. The room was not ready for check in until 1500 and by the time i entered into room there were sesame seeds on the floor, some marks of not good cleaning. It was okay but for this price service quality should improve. Also hotel needs to solve its fire alarm issue, alarm went off one evening during my stay

Staff was not attentive needs training in good customer service that is suitable for 4 star international hotel chain

Great location right opposite the Hbf

The toilet was not clean there were stains at the bottom as well as the inner part of the bowl. We called reception to ask someone to check but they said that housekeeping cleaned it. Had to go to the counter to ask again which they said will send someone up. No closure as the stains were still there

Loved Munich enjoyed staying at the NH but expectations were higher

The room was very nice but we did pay for an upgrade. The choice of breakfast was very good and to a high standard, the tea selection was also a nice touch as was the Prosecco. The location was 15-20 minutes walk from most of the main attractions and the public transport was right outside the hotel. Bathroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.

We upgraded to city view room on the 16 floor and could only use one lift out of 3 and sometimes had to wait up to 10 minutes for it. We feel guests on the other floors should have been encouraged to use the other 2 lifts. For some reason only 3 coffee pods and 2 milk pods were provided every day and as we both like 2 cups of coffee in a morning and 1 at night this was an issue and on 2 occasions none was left so we had to go back down to reception to get them. The maid consistently left the patio door unlocked every day. On the last day the restaurant at breakfast was very busy and there was a lack of staff which meant the buffet wasnt replenished so there wasnt much choice. Unfortunately there were quite a few homeless people sleeping on this street even right outside the hotel, not the hotels fault, the government should provide a shelter but the staff should move them on from outside the hotel as this wasnt pleasant when going out every morning.
