Great location but for the price expected more out common areas pool is horrible too much of a feel of a hotel catering to businesses and conferences for the money

Very good

Close to everything, would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant and valet staff very helpful and friendly.

No windows to outside in the room so it was dark. Carpeting was old and a terrible color.

Newport is beautiful and will be back but would NEVER stay here again

The location of the hotel was its only positive.

There was screaming, banging, crying, fighting and all other types of mayhem every night ~ one night it went on from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. Wasn't told about $30 resort dest fee or $40 per day parking fee, nor was the $30 credited toward food purchased at hotel. Staff totally indifferent and unhelpful and mold all over ceiling in room.

Very nice, great location.

Location and quality of the facility.

Not enough staff..bell hop never came to the room. Front desk was understaffed too. Also, no real outside lounging area.

The location is excellent but I would not stay there again for the price. Paying for internet really left a bad taste in

The rooms were clean. The location of the hotel is excellent. The air conditioning works great. The food at the Main Sail is excellent.

We paid about 1000 dollars a night. The room was very basic and I have paid 250 for similar rooms. On top of that the internet is terrible and if you want to upgrade to internet that works you have to pay 10 extra dollars a day. They also charge you a resort fee of 30 dollars a day. The whole experience felt like a money grab. It was also a completely impersonal experience. Not even a smile or good evening when you check in at reception.

The location was great.

This was my first time staying on this property. Our room had a picture window to a major hallway by the elevator. You had light coming into the room (the blinds & curtain didnt block) & noise from people getting on & off the elevator. Very hard to sleep. The hotel also felt dated & was not on the water for the high cost of staying there.
