The room very terrible..first room got cockroach inside bathtub...second room..the linen got stain..the mirror inside room not clean..give coffee but dont have sterrer..bathtub not function..inside toilet wall got so many stain..very terrible too much...already call FO want to late c.out..1pm..but still knock thr door ask to c.out..fo keep call to remind c.out..

Booked because it got Bath Tub. The room are very spacious with huge window view.

Bath water are warm but not hot enough.

Comfortable

Food was easily available - lots of stalls near the hotel. Easy to move around too, the Grab e-hailing service was really efficient. I'm particularly pleased when the staff member took action to secure the Kindle I left behind in the room, and passed it over to a friend when he came to collect it on my behalf. Thank you for that honestly!

Spacious room Simple bfast before driving off to KL.

They didn't have credit card payment facilities when I checked in around 1am. Lucky I had cash with me.

The location is OK

Pls avoid staying during peak season, especially on any government functions, i.e.,meeting etc. You may experience waiting for lift for more than 30min or more.

The price is affordable

The hotel is pretty old and not bring maintained well, can see all the facilities like the bedsheet, door and room furniture in the room all run down and damaged.
