Superb

The hotel had everyrhing from Pedicure manicure, spa, gym to Lounge. The location was great. Very near to KSL n to city area. Breakfast menu changes every day. More variety.

Wish they could improve the lighting at Deluxe Room. We find it rather Dim as compared to Standard rooms as we stayed at both rooms.

Not worth RM600 per night. Opero better in every way.

Location is strategic near town.

Disabled parking have to pay RM20 per entry. The room was RM600 per night but breakfast finished by 9:30am. Check in so slow even though they have interns helping. Asked for RM100 deposit but not stated in booking, even though we told we are not going to order any room service. Bed is too high. Toilet is always wet from shower no matter how careful we take shower, floor is slippery. Hot shower only short while then get cold shower only. Uneven floor level between toilet and room, tripped on it twice. Toiletries and amenities like Tune hotel level. We are regularly in JB but never had this very bad experience with an expensive hotel.

Family trip to Grand Paragon

We were able to get connecting rooms. Love the large rooms & beds Short walk down slope to KSL

Bathroom need renovation, the bathtub is a bit dirty.

Poor

Not worth the price. Walk in rate much cheaper and furthermore with free breakfast given.

I have booked my hotel with premium rate that is more expensive than walk in rate with breakfast. However, I was told by the reception that my booking is not inclusive of breakfast.
