Disappointing

Adequate but cold

The location was good with plenty of parking

Continental breakfast which we hadnt realised. The hotel was cold because they didnt put the heating on until 6pm. This was in December.

There was mould on the tiles in the bathroom couldnt use the balcony because of mould and becoming unwell

Very dated, could benefit from large cracks in ceiling and walls being dealt with, awful view of a white brick wall from room.

Disappointing as we have stayed lots of time here, the last stay was over a year ago and since then standards have slipp

The location

The greeting at reception, we were not given any information about the facilities or breakfast times and details. The initial impression from the receptionist was not friendly and welcoming. The part of the hotel we stayed in needs updating as it smells musty. Room 62. We would not stay again. The same receptionist checked us out in the morning and was drinking coffee at the desk and again was not very welcoming.
